Athena in Jenkins's "Wonder Woman"...
Athena: .. the staircases of strategic indian alliances.. are they like escher drawings.. going from one dimension of political thought to another?... Mumbai.. Mumbai.. Mumbai.. Mumbai will haunt us.. india and Pakistan are at loggerheads with their own dialectical political psyche's to maintain a tenuous strategic alliance with each other... China and Pakistan.. Russia and India.. these are the two pairs of allies.. Russia is allies with India.. China is allies with Pakistan... Yahya Khan is a man Henry Kissinger will be eternally grateful for for helping Kissinger establish diplomatic ties between America and China.. Yahya Khan of Pakistan.. remember that name, Diana... Diana of a kind of Russian intelligentsia thinking style and philosophy...
Diana: .. thank you .. grey-eyed Athena.. I will remember the name of Yahya Khan and think of him as an ally of Henry Kissinger.. I am reading the book "White House Years" by Henry Kissinger.. which my mother gave me back in Themyscira.. the book to help me understand "man's world" as my mother affectionately calls this realm .. "White House Years".. a book about the strategic retreat from Vietnam, an arduous struggle and journey, this retreat from Vietnam.. that's what I'm focusing on the book right now...
Athena: .. yes.. very wise of you, young Diana.. to study how logistically impossible and unpragmatic such retreats from countries are.. it may help you understand, Diana, why the Trojan war lasted so long...
Diana: .. yes, grey-eyed Athena.. i'm sure it will.. I'm reading John K. Cooley's book, "Libyan Sandstorm".. I bought it from a used book store.. I'm so horrified by France's illegal invasion of Libya that it's all I can think of right now and it sends me into rages.. I'm lost in the labyrinth of Libya and it's international context in John K. Cooley's book.. It's about as good a book on politics as I think I'll ever read.. I'm also reading individual paragraphs from my two books by Noam Chomsky, "Hegemony or Survival" and "Manufacturing Consent"... I feel .. Chomsky.. each paragraph in any one of his books is so epic, so .. Wagnerian.. somehow.. such a political power is any paragraph from any one of Noam Chomsky's books.. I need to intensely in a tunnel-vision monomaniacal sense read "Libyan Sandstorm".... reading Noam Chomsky.. is different somehow .. more open-ended.. very concise.. more like an epic landscape of countries and world politics...

.. Heracles represents the horror of a father who has no free will.. Heracles is the father who confronts the horror of being a father who has no free will.. in Patty Jenkins's "Wonder Woman"...
... because a father who has no free will.. a father who has a black vacuum where his free will used to be.. is a father of whom you ask or feel could kill children because he has no free will.. he is a father who you feel could do something worse than kill children because he has no free will.. the Heracles who kills his children because he is blinded by a madness given him by.. Hera?.. this is the father, the Heracles, who is perpetually confronted with this horror.. that Heracles has no free will... and he finds he has killed his children.. and he could have killed any children, other children besides.. and this is the horror felt seeping like poison inside a father who feels who knows the reality of not having any free will.... and this is Heracles.. this is the Heracles who invades Themyscira with his army... and who orders his unwilling men, his unwilling soldiers, to raze the tribe of amazons.. commit a Mai lai massacre of the Amazons.. a Heracles father who still feels he has no free will not to compell a massacre to happen, because he Heracles is a father with no free will.. but his soldiers.. many, many of them do have free will and they withdraw from injuring let alone killing amazons.. it is Heracles the father Heracles who is remorseless.. the Heracles of George Perez / Greg Potter's first issue of "Wonder Woman"... and perhaps their are some soldiers of Heracles who will forever think henceforth of themselves as weak men who follow his orders, his injunctions, to bind the amazons with chains and take them prisoner.. for the prisoner-maker is also an attribute of a father with no free will... their are always, as in every war, as in World War I, their are always, conscientious objectors, and their are soldiers who are conscientious objectors to the military tyranny of Heracles against the Amazons.. many soldiers who are still conscientious objectors who follow Heracles.. it is a difficult scene.. Monica Bellucci and Connie Nielson, who are sharing the role of Hippolyta, can finish writing the rest of the scene...

.. monologue for Jenkins's “Wonder
Woman” written by “Athena”...
Athena: .. “.. I have found a lone
ness.. an aloneness and loneliness that is so .. so inexplicable.. it
is as if I can't be found.. and I did not do it.. I want to be
found.. and I can't .. and people my friends are looking for me...
and I am so alone... and I am athena..
Apollo Tammuz: .. “.. Athena .. where
are you.. Athena..”
Athena: .. “.. this is the loneliness
of Hamlet which he felt in his darkest, emptiest times.. and I feel
empty with loneliness.. with a loss of friends.. an absence of
friends... and it is an absence I feel in my visceral cavity beneath
my diaphragm.. and it is like an alone ness of my diaphragm.. as if a
loneliness of the bellows.. the bellows of my soul.. my very soul..
is it Don Quixote's loneliness..
Apollo Tammuz and Ares: .. “..
Athena.. loving sister.. where are you...”..
Athena: .. “.. the nightime seems
hostile with loud, boisterous sounds of the crowd... it keeps me
indoors.. indoors I feel.. even when reading I start feeling i'd
rather be doing something else.. but that is just me.. somehow..
BECOMING.. Hera.. who always when she's reading feels she'd rather be
doing something else.. than reading.. it's such a lack.. such an
apathy within Hera... I am .. I would be petrified to live with
Hera's apathy... I think I recommended two books .. two authors to
Hera.. to my aunt-mother Hera... I recommended to her.. Wallace
Clement.. and Hannah Arendt... I felt Hera who may feel it her
exciting role in the sphere universe of things to anylize power..
will feel much power of small petty and large, high authorities ..
power at all echolons of society... petty and high.. to anylize.. to
study .. in Hannah Arendts... “The origins of Totalitarianism”..
I hope it gets Hera out of her condition of inveterate, constant
boredom.. I imagine how soul-numbing this constant boredom would be
to me in her place and I don't see how she could have survived it
much longer...
scene written by Scott Snyder for Patty

... in "Ghosts of Gotham" by Lars Van Tiers?.. Chad Michael Murray's private investigater Riddler Edward Nigma becomes heavily with enhancing byzantine complexity involved with the Russian Brides network / matrix...
.. Batman himself shows up for the first time in the sequel.. in "Ghosts of Gotham 2".. Bruce Wayne may show up in the first movie...
.... johnny depp's riddler is impatient, always impatient, he ALWAYS has to be impatient, it's a moral crisis for him to be impatient.. Johnny Depp's Riddler is almost a crisis apparition, he's so impatient.. but he's the pre-crisis RIddler.. and the pre-crisis Riddler with all his zany game-bots and puzzle-zig-zig wooden chests and tables and giant typewriters.. fo course teh pre-crisis Riddler was impatient.. whereas the post-crisis Riddler is such the soul of patience that he became a private investigator.. like Sam Spade...
.. and what is impatience in the dawning of too many cathedral bells deafening in their sonar bell roar.. how can one but be impatient in this sonar roar churchbells like thunder... thunder does not invoke patience.. it invokes impatience.. and their is such thunder in the world.. the world crisis of many world wars ahead in this century is pure thunder.. and what?.. in this .. the riddler is meant to be.. patient?...
.. for much, much, much, much of "The mighty Avengers" .. Loki is emotion and Viktor Von Doom is intellect..
... Loki is simply or profoundly the saddest emotion, the most despair of emotion that Loki can feel.. and Viktor Von Doom is very much a follower of the William James philosophy of pragmatism which is the philosophy of work, of which William James quotes Thomas Carlyle.. but it is Loki's emotion that IS work.. it is a work emotion of work despair.. it is almost a despair emotion that is industrialism itself.. this is the emotion despair of Loki in "The mighty Avengers".. perhaps Loki feels these grinding motions of industrialism and wishes them to make them his own.. kind of like something.. to quote James Joyce's Finn Wake.. "something midayevil in his vegetable soul..".. the vegetation slow burn agricultural seasons climate of vegetation is the medieval dimension of Loki's soul.. his soul is the soul slow despair of an agricultures seasons... and Viktor Von Doom's principle of work is Silicon Valley tech-time level of work.. Viktor Von Doom is still post-modern in how he approaches life.. and Loki's is the perambulations of medievalism, medieval industrialism of castles, drawbridges, ramparts, buttresses, all the military armaments of war which were so the incarnation of medieval industrialism in that era are the slow agricultural seasons.. Marcellus: .. so hallowed and so sacred was the time of Christ's birth.. the slow Christ's birth perambulations introspective industrial growlings of the medieval war era which was such pure distilled pre-revolution industrialism.. the industrialism of great castles and fortresses .. this is all of the above is Loki's despair .. his emotion.. his pure emotion.. and the fact that ALL Loki is is emotion in all this time for much of "The Mighty Avengers"....
Ares in Jenkins's Wonder Woman commenting on the industrial revolution...
Ares: .. ".. How about this .. Diana finch oothoon.. my sweet oothoon Diana nightingale.. Industrialism was a tyranny, a monstrous MONSTER tyranny, pre-medieval.. even a pre-medieval dystopia which enslaved MILLLIONS of people... and the industrial REVOLUTION was a rebellion, a revolution, against this tyranny.. of industrialism.. the rebels of the industrial revolution were no different than the most clipped, heroic, off-the-cuff Star Wars rebels in an early Star Wars movie.. i'm thinking of the original trilogy.. gentle, deary Diana finch Raskolnikov....."
Diana Finch Oothoon:.. ".. I am such a sweet rascal wag Diana... the oothoon waters beckon me... who was .. the god Urizen in this war.."
Ares: .. ".. ahh.. the great, grand god Urizen.. I knew him well.. he was a moderator.. he was much like a man you may have once met, Diana prince.. Metron.. Urizen was a god who was a man much like Metron.. a real universal moderator of weights and scales which devoted to studying industrialism and also its reflexive, consequent revolution like a lab.. like a laboratory industrialism was to Urizen... but Urizen almost had no form.. he was.. a smog.. a stormcloud... finally.. most of all.. he was lightning.. .. this is very sad, crushingly sad.. actually.. but perhaps their was an Iago who Shakespeare once wrote who was.. the Father... who was a Father who routinely blamed his son.. Roderigo.. his son Cassio?.. and who finally manipulated his son Othello?.. who may have in this extant version of the play been a white man.. this Othello who was the son of Iago may have been white, Othello as a white man...
... If you read Shakespeare's "Othello" you might get a vision of what this quintessential, universal Fatherhood Iago was like.. what kind of a father he was like.. always blaming his sons.. always feeling or displaying somehow that a harsh word was better than a kinder one.. He may have been gentlest with his son Othello.. but such arcane manipulations of his son Othello may have followed that.. it became unspeakable.. the manipulations which this father subjected his son to were.. unspeakable.. unspeakable.. was this the Iago who so outraged A. Germany and England.. like a message written in Fire.. a message
written by Prometheus..
Hippolyta: .. yes.. gentle Steve.. it
was the fire-god Prometheus who wrote and emblazoned this books this
many many volume book of parchments in letters of blood and fire upon
our souls... and it is a treasure map of peace for the Great War
which beckons your world.. gentle prince Steve.. Trevor.. such an
unassuming, gentle name.. Trevor.. Trevor.. such a safe name.. a name
of safety.. we Amazons.. ahh.. yes.. we call ourselves by the funny
name.. amazons.. we collectively went thru our black moods in our own
century of medievalism.. and many of us stage our own crucifixions to
understand the soul given of pain so we could ourself incarnate the
holy grail of magdalene's blood .. we crucificied ourselves gently,
without pain but with much natural inward knives of sensation pain
that came naturally so we could all individually and collectively
inhabit ourselves as the womb of the magdalene as the holy grail the
philosopher's stone which is somehow heh.. our whole island ..
Themyscira .. is a gigantic philosophers stone.. and the amazons have
always been.. philosophers.. philosophers.. philosophers.. and our
womb collective unconsciousness of sensation wisdom our coal grail
wisdom channelled like the most benign demons upon the philosophers..
Anaxegoras, Thales, Heraclitus, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle.. all
these philosophers of Athens felt the demonic bloodlust womb of our
collective sensation grail souls.. it was the holy blood womb of
ourselves we offered the meritorious philosophers of Ancient
Athens... Athens.. Athens.. Athens.. Steve.. if you can always
remember.. Athens.. someday they will put the country of Greece
gravely in debt..
Steve Trevor:. .. I.. I'm not sure what
to say.. except .. I plan on being around in this century a long,
long time...
Steve Trevor is Chris Pine..
Hippolyta is Connie Nielson
This scene was written by Geoff Johns
for Patty Jenkins...
Maxwell Lord's very first appearance in my new Wonder Woman screenplay for Patty Jenkins.. a message from geoff johns...
Maxwell Lord: .. World War I was before
my time.. before my time.. I was a young Senator in American
Parliament during World War II and I already knew about the French
and Japanese war in Indochina.. I was already ready to inherit it as
an American war when I became President... I always felt .. Ads..
Ads.. Ads.. made the war.. Ads made World War I.. World War I was
advertised into a reality.. for that would be the ways of all the
wars of the Twentieth century and its previous.. I thought of banning
ads when I became U. S. President... make it an ad-less America..
When the Vietnam war became America's war I did not think America
could survive a plethora of ads along with it.. their had to be a
Revolution in America either before or during or both before and
during the Vietnam war.. A revolution in America had to being in the
'50's.. Beatniks.. it would begin with Beatniks.. and communes..
Their would be a great American play, “Death of a Salesman”.. I
would be a character named Biff Loman in the play... it would be a
play about my father.. a great ad-man.. it would be a great American
play, “Death of a Salesman”... it would be a play that would
enable the existance of the very first commune in America.. in the
1950's .. and then the revolution could begin...
this Maxwell Lord monologue was written
by Geoff Johns 1 for Leonardo deCaprio...
I am Diana Ozymandiuse.. I speech for the teeniest Gal Godot and for megan gale..
Diana: .. I am a trench warrior of
murderer's spine of my soul.. I have a murderer's spine in the trench
war field and this spine of my soul is a deliberated posture of
rigourmortis self-contortion.. I have a self-contorted posture in the
battlefield where I roam and prowl like a silk banshee wolverine
berzerker cheetah spent in energy and strength before my first blow
on the battlefield.. I wield a sword and lasso and it burns the very
air itself like a ring of fire a crown of thorns about my head a ring
of fire and thorns like a bath of blood I drench in.. red rain..
red.. rain.. I bathe in red rain in the battlefield of WORLD WAR I...
for I am Diana look upon my works and despair...
written by Geoff Johns 1...
The Justice League of the Twentieth Century speech by Barbara Minerva in Jenkins's Wonder Woman movie.. for angelina jolie...
Barbara minerva: .. I am the rusty soil
of world war I which is beginning in a few weeks or months.. or
perhaps years... they say an assassination .. an .. an ..
assassination is going to take place.. and they all know who is going
to be assassinated.. it is going to be.. to be the Archduke... and he
is ready... in position... and Serbia is very much .. a kind of
dominant power here.. Serbia is kind of a dominating power here... it
will be all about the cacophony of events that involve all the
countries coming to Serbia's defence... to defend a wrongfully
convicted country.. that will be all World War I will be about.. a
wrongful conviction... and Germany?.. Austria?.. I believe will come
to the defence of Serbia.. and it will very well be a just
allegiance enacted by Austria-Hungary-Germany... these three
countries will be the first Justice League.. the first Justice
League.. of the twentieth century...

... if you haven't seen Batman vs Superman yet.. here are some encouraging comments about the nature of the film from talkbackers who have seen it.. sorry.. a totally unredeemable Superman...
sambafreak13 Nino G • 18 hours ago Cavill looks PERFECT as Supes, but in terms of performance I'd take Reeve and Routh over him (even if Routh was mostly copying Reeve. there are worse people to copy)SidneySmutt sambafreak13 • 10 hours ago So what if he was? No one gives a shit when Karl Urban copies DeForest Kelley.
LaRusso Nino G • 20 hours ago I don't care how buff Cavill is, as Clark and Superman the guy is a charmless, block of wood. Christopher Reeve he is not, George Reeves he is not, Kirk Alyn he is not, hell, Dean Cain (who was a great Clark and decent Superman) he is not. Cavill sucks and his Superman is COMPLETELY wrong.ANDS! LaRusso • 19 hours ago How is Cavill supposed to make "If I wanted it, you'd be dead already. . ." sound charming?
It is not even close to his fault that he was stuck in a dour couple of Superman movies.JohnWickThisWayComes ANDS! • 8 hours ago I must disagree, sir - where dialog and the director allowed he was quite charming - and he also has the gravitas to portray the Last Son of Krypton - I like Routh, but he seemed more like Superboy. Hopefully in the next movie Cavill will get to have a lighter tone and they will leave the dour to the Batman where it belongs.Knittingknerd ANDS! • 10 hours ago I wanted to kick whoever wrote that line of dialogue. Superman (normal not Snyder shit Superman) doesn't kill people. Or threaten to kill people.jmd Knittingknerd • 38 minutes ago Those of us who know that Superman and Batman don't kill are becoming the minority. The values and ideals that the characters represented in the Silver and Bronze Ages are slowly being supplanted by execs (and the shills who are in their pockets) who don't give a damn about the characters outside of what can be done to exploit their longtime popularity for personal gain. I can imagine Superman watching Man of Steel or Dawn of Justice and walking out of the theater in disgust at what's been done to them (right past somebody in the front row who's giggling at the carnage).Alexander Stallwitz Knittingknerd • 3 hours ago Frankly, I am still sticking to my theory that the Batman Vs Superman universe is an prequel to one of the bad universes like the Justice Syndicate or something like thatsolitaire Knittingknerd • 4 hours ago Well, there is a long line of people waiting to kick Goyer....I'd buy a tent and wait...but yeah, I know what you mean. I know the line is supposed to convey his disgust for the fight....basically saying "I don't want to hurt you...but I'm Superman, you can't injure me and you will get hurt if this continues." but it comes off hash.
Squiddly LaRusso • 19 hours ago You forgot Routh, who was great but in an average film. It's wierd as Cavill has charm in Man From Uncle so why is he like this as Superman? Maybe Snyder's directing?gun will travel Squiddly • 18 hours ago Totally agree about Cavill in Men from Uncle. He looks like Superman, but not in SnydervisionMike Squiddly • 19 hours ago squiddly, Routh channeled Christopher Reeve exquisitely. That's about itSquiddly saintsaucey • 18 hours ago Depressing? Did we watch the same film? I thought it was great.saintsaucey Squiddly • 16 hours ago Depressing may not be the right word. But it was drap and drearySquiddly saintsaucey • 16 hours ago I thought it was fun. Cavill and co seemed to be having fun with it.
Simbo1970 saintsaucey • 10 hours ago "Way to depressing a flick" do you mean that Man From Uncle depressed a flick or was a journey towards depressing a flick? Now if you mean "Way too depressing a flick" then that almost makes senseJ. Accuse saintsaucey • 4 hours ago I wish we had universal editing privileges so we could go around fixing other posters typos. So much more constructive than just being a wise ass.saintsaucey J. Accuse • 4 hours ago But then what would stop me from changing "I wish we had universal editing privileges so we could go around fixing other posters typos. So much more constructive than just being a wise ass." To "I wish 'I had a big black cock in my' ass"
Darth_Augustus LaRusso • 12 hours ago A lot of people forget how good Dean Cain was in that role. If they ever needed someone to portray the gruff old superman it would be him.saintsaucey Darth_Augustus • 4 hours ago Loved lois and clark. Lane smith will forever be perry white to me
Acappellaman LaRusso • an hour ago I don't think the problem is Cavill. It's mostly the script and director telling him what to do. He does have talent, and he's got the look nailed perfectly.Backward Galaxy LaRusso • 3 hours ago Sadly, I'm at the point where I have to agree with you. Apologists will point to the lousy material he has to work with, and they're not wrong about that, but I've never found Cavill's Clark or Superman to have a single shred of charisma or natural charm. I found his performances equally underwhelming in The Tudors and The Man from UNCLE. He was a little better in Immortals. It's especially disappointing because when he's just being himself, like in interviews or that recent "prank" he pulled on the Suicide Squad cast at Comic-Con, you can see that it's there. It's available to him. He just hasn't been able to carry it over into his performances.Bolgua LaRusso • 4 hours ago Cavill is good, but Snyder destroyed his Superman to the point that I can never accept his Superman. Snyder made sure that there are no redeeming qualities to his Superman. He did that as a middle finger to fans. He did the same with Batman.
Knittingknerd Nino G • 10 hours ago There is something about Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent I just can't stand. I don't know what it is. The only part I liked about his parts in Batman Versus Superman was when Lois was in the tub and he jumped in ( because frankly that was sexy as hell). Clark is unassuming and Cavill is a very good looking man, very muscular man- the two images never merged. Routh was a good Superman AND Clark. Dean Cain, good as both. Reeves was perfect as both.
