Sophia Falcone (Scarlett Johanssohn) and Mortimer Slake (Sean Penn)...

Sophia Falcone (Scarlett Johanssohn):.. ".. sob sob.. I can still read James Joyce.. but I can't read Henry James.. I .. CAN'T.. after I read.. "The Death of the Lion".. snif snif.. sob .. I can't.. but I can still READ James Joyce.. even after reading the monstrous, horrific "f" word that Molly Bloom used about that poor, underclass female prostitute in the very last, stream-of-consciousness chapter of "Ulysses".. even after reading that.. I know why.. it's Stephan Daedeles.. Joyce Carol Oates .. you CAN'T say that about one of the most beautiful chapters of "Ulysses".. that the narrator of that chapter is moronic... that's the chapter.. THAT'S the chapter that is the ONLY, sole, exclusive, single-handed, pendulum, fulcrum reason why I can still read READ James Joyce.. the chapter of which of the narrator of that chapter of THAT chapter you call that narrator moronic.. Joyce Carol Oates.. you're one of the most engaging, entertaining, thoughtful writer-commentators on literature in the history of the good old days of the internet, Joyce Carol Oates.. why did this happen...?.. it's in the chapter.. that you don't LIKE.. okay.. I think.. okay.. one.. two is question-and-answer.. ahuuhhh.. second-last-chapter is question-and-answer.. so third last chapter.. the most beautiful chapter in the novel.. "Ulysses".. arguably speaking... is the third last chapter.. that's the chapter in which Stephan Daedeles says something so beautiful about the underclass prostitute that Molly Bloom calls the "f" word.. the other, horrific "f" word.. what does he Stephan Daedeles say.. it's like.. he says.. that she has done none of the bad things that the Kings of countries have done.. is.. is THAT what he says.. I actually think it is.. he has something so beautiful and lyrical about her.. I'm sorry that Leopold Bloom says something so not nice about her in response.. then Stephan Daedeles gets impatient and short-tempered with Leopold Bloom.. he says something like.. wait.. is it.. "We can't change the government, let us change the subject....".. it's because of the mean thing that Leopold Bloom said about the underclass prostitute that Stephan Daedeles says that.. "

Mortimer Slake (Sean Penn):.. ".. you're absolutely right about everything you said, Sophia Falcone.. and I will just add one thing.. their is no Stephan Daedeles in "The Death of the Lion"...."...
