I've been taking my medication in the morning.. and I'm wondering if taking it in the morning.. may somehow.. in a way that I can't even explain or.. understand.. be a serious, serious mistake.. I'm wondering whether I should instead be taking my medication at 5: 30 in the afternoon.. or maybe at 4:30 in the afternoon.. or at 6:00 in the afternoon.. around that time of day.. around that time of day.. around late afternoon.. around late afternoon.. I really, really wonder if there would be a dramatic, radical difference as to the effect and influence the medication has on my mental health.. in terms of what time of day I take the medication.. It's hard to explain why I right now am wondering.. really, really wondering if 5: 30 in the afternoon or 6:00 in the afternoon is the very best time I could be taking my medication.. presently my medication being my one pill of clonazepam and my one pill of escitalopram.. It's really hard to explain why I'm having these feelings about taking this medication at 5:30 or 6:00 in the afternoon.. and why I'm really, really, REALLY feeling that taking my medication in the morning is a really terrible time to take the medication.. the medication for my mental health.. It's hard to explain any of these thoughts at all that I'm having about the different times of day of taking mental-health medication.. and what that even.. means..
