Wiltshire Police said officers were called to a report of a “disorder” at a property shortly after 7 p.m. on Nov. 21.

Investigators arrested a teenage girl shortly afterward.
She was questioned in custody before being released on bail on Sunday as the investigation continues.
Because she is a minor, police have not released her identity, nor have they disclosed how she may have known the victim or details of the cause of death.
Community in shock
Forrester, a mother of two, worked as a mental-health counsellor at The Kelly Foundation in Swindon.
The charity issued a tribute on Facebook, saying staff were “heartbroken at the sudden loss of our lovely Sarah,” describing her as deeply committed to the organisation and devoted to her children.

Neighbors also expressed their grief. A 15-year-old local resident, Jayden, told the BBC that Forrester was a “well known” figure in the area and someone who “would put everyone else before herself.”
Detectives are continuing to build a timeline of events leading to Forrester’s death. Police have not released information on potential motives or forensic findings.
Authorities are appealing for anyone with relevant information to come forward.
