This is Julian Day.....

Origin

Classic Calendar Man
Classic Calendar Man
As a youth, Julian Day's father promised he would be home for the holidays. Taking a bus to wait for him at a bus stop, Day waited from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day. When the police took Day in on New Year's Day, he was almost dead from exposure. From then on, Day began to assign almost literal meanings to each day. In addition, he began to suffer mood swings related to the days.
Within a few months, Mother's Day came but Julian's mother wasn't exactly the warmest person to approach. Julian tried to demonstrate his love but his mother showed nothing but contempt with her cold dead eyes. In a fit of uncontrollable rage, Julian attacked his mother. When Julian regained his senses, he realized that he was holding his mother' beating heart in the bloody palm of his hand.
On Father's Day, Julian discovered that his old man was living in East End Docks. Julian tells his father that he wants to clear the air between them by having an afternoon to themselves. Julian insists that the two of them go out onto Gotham Bay for some fishing. The day slowed to a crawl as Julian finished hacking what was left of his father. Julian used various parts of his father to reel in some big catches. From that day forward, when ever Julian ate a nice serving of fish, he felt a little bit closer to his dear old dad.
Early Years
As Julian got older, his mind became more demented and over time he gave certain holidays a newfound but twisted reverence. In late November, Julian dropped in unannounced during a Thanksgiving dinner. Julian was hiding from the cops after he had committed a robbery. Julian proceeded by killing each family member then he helped himself to some stuffing, turkey and pumpkin pie. From that day forward, Julian would always feel overwhelmed with a sense of loneliness because he will never know what a true family Thanksgiving is. After Thanksgiving, Julian was eventually captured by the Batman. Earl Harkness was the judge who presided over Julian's case. Julian's lawyer tried to pass off an insanity plea thereby making Julian unable to stand trial.
However, Harkness being the "hanging judge" he is, refused to let this monster off the hook and swore he would have Julian sent to Blackgate where the Gallow's Tree would be waiting for him. Julian orchestrated his escape from Arkham then he devised a plan to crash the judge's Christmas party. The first thing that Julian did was strangle a Santa Claus impersonator on a street corner then he disguised himself as Jolly Old St, Nick. Afterwards, Julian crashed Harkness' Christmas party and lured Harkness away from his guests with eggnog that was laced with ketamine. The police later found Harkness' body hanging from his roof with a strand of Christmas lightning used as a noose around his neck. Julian called it his own Christmas special.
As New Years Eve came around, Julian crashed another party but for entirely different reason. Before Julian turned to a life of crime, he would occasionally stalk a young lady. Julian tried to profess his love to her but she spurned his affections and put a restraining order on him. After Julian's escape from Arkham, he had learned that this young lady was throwing a New Year's Eve party and he felt what better way to melt the ice at a party than with a flame thrower. Fortunately, the young lady managed to escape Julian's fiery retribution but the same could not be said about her guests.
Afterwards, Julian made a New Year's resolution. Julian swore that he would find his soul mate and prove his devotion to her. When Valentine's Day came, Julian eventually caught up with the girl that ran away. He bought her a dozen red roses, an assortment of chocolates and a piece of lacy garment to make the night memorable. Julian admitted that he never formally introduced himself to the young lady but to make up for lost time, Julian smothered her with love along with a pillow. Fortunately, when the police arrived, the young lady still had a faint pulse and she was resuscitated while in route to the hospital.
Julian was left with a broken heart after Valentine's Day but his spirit was lifted when his gang committed a string of successful robberies. However, Julian began to realize that someone in his gang was an informer for the Batman because there had been a few instances where the Batman miraculously showed up just before the heist was even committed. Julian wasn't sure which of his men was the rat so he decided to host a St. Patrick's Day celebration after another successful job. He served each of his men a pint of green beer but what they didn't realize was the dye that made the beer green was actually green mamba venom. As Julian drank his beer, he couldn't help but laugh at the irony because like St. Patrick, he drove all the snakes he had in his company away and now their bodies are rotting away under the shamrocks.
Julian eventually learned that his old flame was still alive so he decided to play a little practical joke on April Fool's Day. Julian managed to sneak into her garage and gain access to her car. First, he cut the brakes to her car then he carefully placed a hidden camera on the dashboard so he could enjoy the joke while it was in motion. At 5:22am, Julian witnessed the panic in the young lady's face as her car sped down the busy streets of Gotham. Her car eventually collided with oncoming traffic and the entire intersection went up in fire. Julian's only regret was that he couldn't yell "Surprise" as the woman's screams became engulfed by the flames.
On July 4th, Gordon received a calendar with the month of July ripped out. Batman figured that Julian was going to strike during the Independence Day celebration at Gotham Medical. Batman managed to apprehend Julian but he was unable to save the innocent lives who were housed in the Intensive Treatment ward. As Julian was being carted off to Arkham, he couldn't help but noticed the anger and sadness in everyone's eyes. Julian with a grin on his face, simply replied "What's the 4th of July without a barbecue."
When August came, Julian managed to escape Arkham again but this time with the help of Scarecrow. Scarecrow had designed a new strain of Fear toxin and Julian devised a wicked idea to infect a mass number of dogs with the toxin then set them loose on the Festival of St. Roch, the saint of dogs. The crazed animals tore through the blistering streets of Gotham. In Julian's mind, what better way to celebrate the dog days of summer then to give every dog his day and on an afternoon no less.
Batman apprehended Scarecrow but he wasn't able to catch up with Julian until Labor Day. On Labor Day, Julian goes off crazier than usual. First, he poses as a construction worker crashes a bulldozer into Gotham's Gold Exchange but he doesn't take any of the gold because it would require him to do some laboring. Next, he pays homage to the Labors of Hercules by setting a pack of wild boars and lions loose throughout the city. Finally, Batman captures Julian just before he could inflict any devastation on the poor women who were in labor at the maternity ward of Gotham Medical.
In the guise of Maharajah the Magician, Julian Day arrived in Gotham City for a five day engagement, which was actually a front for a series of crimes he intended to commit as the Calendar Man.
Basing his crimes on the five different seasons - Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn and the Indian Monsoon (or rainy) season - the Calendar Man wore a different and uniquely equipped uniform for each crime, publicly challenging Batman to catch him before he could finish his crime spree. Unfortunately for Day, the Caped Crusader was more than equal to the task. The next time Day confronted Batman, his theme were Norse gods, as Tuesday through Friday all derive their names from the Norse pantheon.

Later Years

Years later Calendar Man returned to Gotham and embarked upon a crime spree that was based upon each day of the week - but once again, Batman caught him. He later would be a member of the Time Foes only to be defeated by Batman and the Team Titans respectively. He recently gained new more powerful equipment and moved to up to greater crimes. He has also given Harley Quinn info. He was later defeated by Batwoman. Calendar Man is a successful inventor, capable of designing the machinery needed to deploy his various schemes. His talents aid him as he pursues his obsession with quirks of the calendar, carefully planning and theming his crimes around holidays.

During the Long Halloween, Calendar Man was a prime suspect due to the nature of the Holiday murders. He obviously knew who the killer was but only gave Batman bits and pieces of clues to who it may or not be. Near the conclusion of the story, Two-Face releases random inmates that are imprisoned in Arkham Asylum. The Calendar Man was not one of them. Soon after this Holiday moves into the cell across from him. The Calendar Man returns for the stories sequel Batman: Dark Victory.

The Calendar man is soon found unconscious in the wood. It is later revealed that he was severely beaten by Sofia Falcone, the Hangman killer.

Shadow of the Bat: Misfits

Because his crimes are generally petty and often ridiculous in nature, he is notorious among both heroes and villains alike for being something of a joke. He was once recruited by Killer Moth to form the villain team known as "The Misfits" along with Catman. One night, Batman encounters a new member of the Misfits named Chancer but Chancer didn't stand a chance against the Dark Knight so he made a hasty retreat. The plan works and Catman manages to kidnap Bruce Wayne. Meanwhile, Calendar Man and Killer Moth arrange the mayor's kidnapping.
