.. It was a mistake not to cast the Ian Mckellen who played Richard III as Magneto... then they should have cast someone else as Magneto..

            .. the reason that the Richard III- Ian McKellen didn't play Magneto..

                             .. it was in a magazine at the Don Mills library that he had made some personally unkind comments about Shakespeare the man.. comments which were so woefully uninformed about the unalterable genius of Shakespeare.. that Shakespeare is holy writ.. and.. except on very, very, very, very, very rare occasions.. you don't leave out a word of Shakespeare.. you don't change a word of Shakespeare.. and the Richard III - Ian McKellen had such an awful, terrible opinion on exactly this subject... according to a magazine that I read in the Don Mills library...
