We've seen Barbara cycle through the ally to enemy and back again enough. Priscilla could fit the bill as a more cruel and greedy version of the character. Might even be interesting to see the two meet at some point. I think a super powered villain just makes for better comics but this version of cheetah is very stylish and works as a kind of Catwoman/Joker type villain. Priscilla is genuinely mentally unstable, to the point of being a mass murder on the same level as Joker. But even without powers, she is so vicious and ferocious and devious she can go toe beans to toe beans with Barbara & her mystical abilities? Can Priscilla be so feral she is evenly matched with Barbara? The more I think about it, the more I want to see it. Sure, from what I've seen, Barbara is the best but I think at this point she could be converted into an anti-hero/ally. That'll leave room for a new Cheetah. Or a classic Cheetah returning.
