I mean.. he said the killing of poor Polly Klaas was like.. separated from his understanding of what was happening.. like he was watching it like watching a film.. That he knew that Polly Klaas was being killed but he didn't understand how it was happening.. I remember Richard Allen Davis saying something just like that..
