But it just seems a little unfair that Whedon was able to slip through the cracks and allowed to make two Marvel films and then, later on, D.C.'s Justice League, where he was first called out for his comments on set by Ray Fisher. After everything that's recently come to light about the director, hearing that Whedon complained about his paycheck on his Marvel films doesn't really help his case right now. The thing to take away from all this, though, is that Whedon is technically right. Marvel is cheap, everyone knows it. As compared to some, Whedon got a pretty fair deal but made a stink and jumped on the bandwagon anyway.
