What if what the Golden Age Lex Luthor does.. causing a massive, Leviathon Blackout in Metropolis .. has a powerful link to.. the actions or decisive inactions of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. hypothetically .. only hypothetically.. choosing not to warn anyone about the impending bombing of Pearl Harbour.. allowing that bombing to happen.. so as to force America's hand into joining the war....
