David Lynch says that he wants to address serious, labyrinthine themes of glacial distances in romance.. where the crux of his adaptation of James's "The Golden Bowl".. will be the horrific dis-connect between Winona Ryder's Maggie Verver and Hanno Raudsepp's Prince Amerigo for the whole breadth of James's novel.. Lynch expects a very, very trying and even agonizing emotional filming of this prolonged, indefinite distance between the two principle actors and their characters..
