It's a premise that I find rather nauseating actually.. it's that since Lex Luthor has to consort WITH criminals to save lives FROM criminals.. from rampaging Supervillains.. that the premise is that this reflects in a criminal manner upon Lex Luthor's reputation.. that it casts a shadow of Crime over the public status of Lex Luthor.. this all rather sickens me actually... I personally really like Lex.."

I want the Daily Planet's involvement in ANY smear campaign against Lex Luthor to be at 0% .. at less than 0%.... I see myself as Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Planet doing everything in the deeply, inveterately bureaucratic sense that Lex Luthor does.."
