Dr. Ewen Cameron, who’s since passed away, was a Scottish-born psychiatrist who served as President of the American Psychiatric Association and Canadian Psychiatric Association, among others. He was one of many who conducted these experiments on patients. Again, the subjects were never told that they were being used as guinea pigs. This topic became so serious, and a lot of information and research was being conducted by independent researchers to the point where the United States government could no longer deny that these programs took place. Eventually, they declassified what they had, and the government issued an official apology for the program and its victims in the mid 90’s. I believe our television, mainstream media and more were all birthed out of mind-control programs and intentions, but that’s just speculation. Was the program really terminated? It was a good documentary, and they seemed to provide some good information about the CIA’s involvement in the war on drugs and the massive political propaganda campaign that went along with it. The series criminalized the CIA and the government, and rightly so, discussing their involvement in drug trafficking, production, and testing — on both volunteers and unwilling patients — and even murder. The issue with mainstream coverage of MK Ultra, however, is the fact that they constantly focus on one aspect of the program, and that’s the LSD part. As a result, when it comes to public knowledge and awareness of MK-Ultra, it’s often believed that they were simply drug mind control experiments conducted by the CIA, but it’s much deeper and more disturbing than that. We know this, because a small fraction of the MK Ultra files remained to be examined, the rest of it was ordered to be destroyed, so, in an official manner, the public could never become aware of what really took place inside of these programs…If we truly knew what our government was doing, we’d be horrified. For anybody who researches the MK Ultra topic, this is the basis of it. It’s trauma based mind control. Multiple Personalty Disorder (MPD) is a real disorder, and is often triggered by severe trauma experienced as a child. This is the backbone of the MK Ultra program, torturing individuals in order to create multiple personalities. These ‘soldiers’ are then apparently used by the global elite to shared classified information and messages (among other things), without ever questioning what they were doing, sort of like a robot. They don’t even remember what they do, because when they’re doing it they’re taking on the consciousness of somebody else. Their uses are many. There are rumours floating around among researchers in this community that numerous presidents and politicians are actually part of the program themselves, having suffered from trauma based mind control in order to play a certain ‘role,’ like the president of the United States for example, but we can’t actually verify that as truth. But again, the fact is that multiple personalities do develop as a result of trauma . Kim Noble, for example, is an artist with different personalities – twenty of them, in fact. After suffering childhood abuse, Kim’s mind split into twenty distinct personalities to cope with the trauma. Over a dozen personalities are painters, including Judy the bulimic teenager, a gay man named Ken, and a mother called Patricia. Here’s a story that VICE did on her. There is an enormous amount of literature and information that exists out there, so if you want to learn more, please do your research. It’s important to make note of the fact that the MK Ultra program was not the only one which dealt with mind control, there was also Bluebird, Artichoke, MKsearch, MKNaomi, and the STARGATE project. Beyond simple use of mind-control slaves for political, and other purposes, like warfare, in the interview below, Elsa also mentions that altered states of consciousness and ‘magic’ type rituals were used by the elite to communicate with extra-dimensional beings. Now we know where popular Netflix series, Stranger Things got their inspiration from.. At the end of the day, there are multiple programs inside the military industrial complex, utilizing information and knowledge not available to the public for their own selfish purposes. The type of information that exists within the black budget world actually has the power to help transform humanity. It’s not what you know, and what you can do, or what type of technology you can make, it’s the consciousness behind these things that determines what direction we take it. We can use our knowledge and understanding of the human mind for good, or not. At the very least, talking about and exposing that this type of activity is actually a reality still needs more attention. I’m not sure what the solution is or how to stop it, but I know staying silent and not sharing this type of information is just not right. Important Info Researchers in the field, and those from within these actual program have been coming forward for years sharing what they know regarding the truth about MK Ultra. One of these people is Dr. Colin A. Ross, a psychiatrist who was the president of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation from 1993 to 1994. He’s an internationally renowned clinician, researcher, author and lecturer in the field of dissociation and trauma-related disorders. He is the founder and President of The Colin A. Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma. He has been running a hospital-based trauma program in Dallas, Texas since 1991, and has authored 29 books and over 200 professional papers. So, what does it say when a professional like this has been touring the world with MK Ultra victims spreading awareness about trauma based mind control? The people this man has come into contact with, in some cases, in order to treat, must be quite overwhelming for him. “I’m going to base what I have to say here on the motto of one of the great law enforcement officers of all time, which is Sergeant Joe Friday, and his motto was, ‘just the fact man, just the facts.’ So what I’m going to give you is just the facts , a little quick synopsis of absolutely documented objective, real, history of CIA military mind control experimentation…This for sure is just the declassified tiny tip of the iceberg, but it’s definitely fact and it’s definitely stranger than fiction.” – Dr. Ross The quote above comes from Dr. Ross, giving a lecture along side Cathy O’Brian, a supposed MK Ultra Victim, and Roseanne Barr, a famous Hollywood actress and director who once said, “MK Rules in Hollywood.” A couple of years ago, Roseanne and Cathy actually came to Toronto to give a talk. I was in attendance, and was able to ask her a question regarding some popular entertainers and celebrities. I asked her if they have multiple personalities, and if they have ‘handlers’ to trigger them into a specific personality before a performance. She told me yes, and used Miley Cyrus as an example. This means, when you see some entertainers giving certain performances, it’s not really them, but an alter personality which exists inside of them that is triggered before the performance. They are hypnotized. This is why she said, MK Ultra rules in Hollywood, and that it’s a cesspool for government mind-control. When Ross started getting into his research a little deeper, his name was slandered, as expected when going beyond what’s been disclosed about the MK Ultra program, especially if you are a respected academic. He was taken to court multiple times, having a number of false accusations placed against him. It’s similar to a high-ranking reputable scientist, with verified credentials, from within the Department of Defence. Despite the fact that there are dozens of them, when they chose to speak of facts they’ve become aware of that just don’t fit the framework of accepted knowledge, they too are often ridiculed. You’ll see this if you do any research into the UFO phenomenon. Ross eventually uncovered a number of individuals with repressed memories of abuse that started shortly after birth. By use of brainwashing techniques (drugs, hypnosis, age regression, calling out alter egos and more), these people were controlled. Many of them, as uncovered by Ross and many others, have multiple personalities within them as a result of childhood incest rape/abuse, Satanic cult abuse/ rape, and more. Again, I’d like to emphasize, he’s not the only one. This is a topic that involves too many professionals to name, and too many victims as well, at least the ones who survived. Survivors of the program, like Cathy O’Brian, describe these they experiences as well. Being forced into these things from a very young age, since birth, and points to the fact that the families, the parents and the siblings, have or do all go through the same thing.. This stuff happens shortly after birth, with cutting off the breath of the baby, and other horrible things I do not want to mention. These people grow up believing that what is happening is normal, and they develop multiple personalities that cannot communicate with each other, and the original personality does not remember what is stored in the minds of the other ‘people’ existing within them. They dissociate from themselves as a result of extreme trauma, the mind cannot handle it, it’s a completely different state of consciousness. Supposed victims of the program also describe horrible experiences of watching others tortured to death. This type of thing also correlated with FBI investigations, and reports of elite level child abuse in the form of pedophilia rings. Ted Gunderson, former FBI special agent and head of their L.A. office, worked to uncover and expose these horrors before he died. A simple YouTube search of his name will show you what exactly he spent his last years researching (source). Here’s one of his last lectures. He is one of several dozen to have investigated this topic and found some disturbing facts. Here is another lecture he gives with a victim of these programs, who also describes the horrible experienced mentioned above. One of the most recent examples is former U.S. State Department official Steve Pieczenik. His roles within U.S. politics were many, having been the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vacne, and James Baker, he’s recently been outspoken about pedophilia within elite political groups. A few years ago multiple media outlets began to report a new development designed by a man from Zimbabwe named Sangulani (Maxwell) Chikumbutso, who claimed to have successfully created an electric powered vehicle and system which runs on a battery that has the ability to charge itself, making it the first ever electric vehicle that never needs charging. According to Maxwell’s claims, the energy to power the battery is taken from electromagnetic waves that exist all around us and are naturally present in our environment. The vehicle had 5 normal gel batteries which were sufficient enough to start the vehicle and charge the batteries, and from there on in, the batteries are constantly charging. His story and developments began to make noise. For example, SABC News, a major news station owned by the South African Broadcasting Corporation picked up the story and relayed it to their viewers. According to the Zambian Observer, “The United States government has given Zimbabwe’s prolific inventor Maxwell Chikumbutso a new home in its populous state of California. Chikumbutso is the founder of Saith Holdings Inc. under which he made headlines for his serial innovations which include the world’s first ever green power generator which can produce electricity using radio frequencies, an electric powered car which doesn’t consume fuel, a fuelled helicopter and many more.” When this story broke, a number of “fact-checkers” simply labelled it as false without any investigation. When I first saw this I thought to myself, why would multiple media outlets cover the story, film it and present it to the entire country if it was fake? And why did fact checkers simply label the story as false from the armchairs of their offices without providing any evidence showing that it was? Despite fact-checkers labelling this information as false without any investigation, new energy enthusiasts and makers of one of the most viewed documentaries in human history, THRIVE: What on Earth Will It Take, Foster Gamble and Kimberly Carter Gamble decided to actually go to Zimbabwe and vet the technology for themselves. Since Foster has been looking into and studying new energy technologies for more than 30 years, this was both an exciting moment but one filled with careful consideration, as the vast majority of claims like this are in fact false. The Thrive team met Maxwell when they landed, and quickly sensed that Maxwell was a good hearted soul who has the desire the change the world. But did his technology truly work? The next morning, Maxwell took them to see a device, which uses the same technology behind the electric car mentioned above. The unit shown in the video clip below is ample enough to power 300 homes, continuously, forever. Likely with maintenance of course. Yeah, especially free energy, because you know they can try to kill it – using professional people and that has happened to me…I went through a lot, poisons, like I’m saying right now, I’m fighting it. They come to you then they say, No, you mustn’t do this.” When they see you’re not giving up, then they can just frame you, then they can so no, you’ve done ABC.” My prayer is this thing must see the light of day. As far as those “fact checkers” go. As I mentioned above they simply labelled this development as false. For example, PolitiFact explained that “Three years ago, a man at a one-day event touted “inventions,” including a car that defies the laws of physics. Since 2015, his story has only found a home on false news blogs and conspiracy sites.” Snopes did the same, also mentioning our article that was publishing covering the story: On 25 April 2018, the conspiracy oriented, reality-adjacent website Collective Evolution picked up the story once again, this time citing the aforementioned Zambian Observer story and the 2015 video of that same event from South African television. As is often the case with Collective Evolution articles, the claims made there have been cloned and regurgitated ad infinitum by other dubious clickbait sites. Again, there is absolutely no evidence or investigation by these fact checkers to vet the technology, and the common theme used to try and debunk Chikumbutso is that his invention breaks the laws of physics, the second law of thermodynamics to be exact, because it produces more energy than is put into the device. They also use ridicule to support their narrative. We here at Collective Evolution would argue that the device does not at all break the laws of physics, and that the law is not well understood, or needs to be revised. Furthermore, if there’s one thing constant about physics it’s change. Take, for example, prominent physicist Lord Kelvin, who stated in the year 1900 that, “There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement.” It wasn’t long after this statement when Einstein published his paper on special relativity. Einstein’s theories challenged the accepted framework of knowledge at the time, and forced the scientific community to open up to an alternate view of reality. It serves as a great example of how concepts that are taken to be absolute truth are susceptible to change. It’s also important to mention that if these fact-checkers actually did some investigation into this case, they would have a different opinion. How come fact checkers have the ability to label something as false without any actual investigation? That’s why people like Foster and Kimberly are so important. In fact, there are multiple inventions out there that appear to break the second law of thermodynamics which have received absolutely no attention. For example, renowned inventor and engineer Paramahamsa Tewari developed an electrical generator that put out more power than it takes in, achieving over-unity efficiency. He published a paper in Physics Essays titled “Structural relation between the vacuum space and the electron” in 2018 before he passed. The paper explains the concepts behind the make-up of what we perceive to be our physical material world, the concepts in there explain the the thoughts behind his generator. Concluding Remarks: The fact that these technologies, and similar technologies that can provide “free energy” to the planet exist is very exciting. We here at Collective Evolution have also had the privilege of seeing some of these technologies with our own eyes, and it’s quite unfortunate that they always come under such a harsh resistance. What does that tell you about our world and the underlying stories that navigate our current thinking? The fact is, new energy technologies like the one mentioned in this article have the ability to completely collapse the biggest energy companies in the world. Just because this is true, does not mean we should not approach the conversation and determine how we can implement them and perhaps create further adjustments in our society along the way. I started to examine the breakthrough solutions, and much to my surprise, these concepts have been proven in hundreds of laboratories throughout the world, and yet they have no really seen the light of day. If the new energy technologies were to be set free worldwide, the change be profound, it would affect everybody, it would be applicable everywhere. Reflect On:How will the idea that we are being visited and have been visited, for many years, by beings from other planets and/or dimensions impact human consciousness? The UFO phenomenon has been studied by military and intelligence agencies for more than 70 years. After years of lies, secrecy, ridicule, and denial, it’s now quite evident that this is the case. Video recordings, photo’s, radar trackings and testimony from what seems to be thousands of people from within these departments have made this quite clear. Sure, UFOs are real, but the idea that they are extraterrestrial or extradimensional is something that mainstream media has stayed away from, and modern day disclosure organizations like To The Stars Academy seem to be more focused on the reality of these objects and their demonstrated capabilities while gently discussing the extraterrestrial hypothesis. That being said, it’s quite clear that the masses are being ‘groomed’ in a way, to accept the reality that many of these objects don’t originate from Earth, evident by the fact that an ‘establishment’ mouthpiece, the New York Times, covered a story about possible retrievals of “off-world” vehicles. It’s one of many examples of stories that continue to creep into the collective mind. A film recently released by director James Fox titled “The Phenomenon” explores the extraterrestrial/UFO issue, navigating the longstanding cover-up and global mystery involving unidentified aerial phenomenon. The film features a number of former intelligence and military personnel sharing what they can about UFOs and the extraterrestrial hypothesis. One of these people is Colonel Robert Friend, a Tuskegee Ariman who from 1958-1962 was a director of Project Blue Book, which was at the time the U.S. Air Force program to investigate UFOs. The program was mysteriously shut down, giving the perception that there wasn’t much to investigate in the public public eye, but with what we know now that doesn’t seem to be the case. The interview in the film was the last before his death, and in it he makes extremely suggestive comments that the U.S. Air Force closed Project Blue Book because they had found the answers they were looking for. The clip suggests that the Air Force knew what these objects were. Having been a UFO researcher myself for more than fifteen years, I can tell you that just as there was evidence for the idea that UFOs were real when they were in the “conspiracy” category, there is ample evidence suggesting that many of these objects are indeed extraterrestrial. The topic, as I’ve said many times, leaves no aspect of humanity untouched. It provides new insight into the nature of our reality, science, history, technology, metaphysics and will impact human consciousness in a major way. Reflect On:Why are opinions and narratives that oppose the WHO being censored, ridiculed, and largely ignored? Why aren't they discussed openly and transparently? Implementation of the current draconian measures that so extremely restrict fundamental rights can only be justified if there is reason to fear that a truly, exceptionally dangerous virus is threatening us. Do any scientifically sound data exist to support this contention for COVID-19? I assert that the answer is simply, no. –Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi, a specialist in microbiology and one of the most cited research scientists in German history, read more about him here. Three weeks ago I published an article about “The Great Barrington Declaration.” At the time of publication, the declaration had approximately 34,000 signatures from doctors & scientists from around the world opposing lockdown measures as a way to combat COVID-19, something the declaration describes as less dangerous than influenza. Viruses, like already existing coronaviruses and other respiratory viruses infect billions of people a year, and kill tens of millions a year. Why no global panic over those? The declaration now has nearly 45,000 signatures from doctors and scientists, and also approximately 600,000 from concerned citizens. Dr. Martin Kulldorff, professor of medicine at Harvard University, a biostatistician, and epidemiologist, Dr. Sunetra Gupta, professor at Oxford University, an epidemiologist with expertise in immunology, and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, professor at Stanford University Medical School, a physician and epidemiologist where the initiators of the declaration. According to them, lockdown measures do more harm than good and are not an effective way to deal with COVID-19. This echoes the sentiments of many others during this crises, yet governments still have the authority to mandate measures they deem fit, it doesn’t seem to matter that there are many in the field who disagree with these measures. Am article published in the British Medical Journal has suggested that quarantine measures in the United Kingdom as a result of the new coronavirus may have already killed more UK seniors than the coronavirus has during the peak of the virus. It’s common to hear mainstream media claim that our top health experts are encouraging global lockdown measures, and some have, but it doesn’t seem to be the majority. It may appear as a majority opinion given the fact that mainstream media constantly beams out this narrative, while ignoring and ridiculing anyone who claims the opposite. Mainstream media has the ability, I believe, to make the majority seem like the minority and the minority seem like the majority. Thousands of doctors from all around the world in different countries are and have been forming coalitions and sharing opinions that completely contradict the recommendations that’ve been laid out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and government health authorities who follow their recommendations. Another example apart from the Great Barrington Declaration would be the fact that more than 500 German doctors & scientists have signed on as representatives of an organization called the “Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee.” It’s an organization also providing information, evidence and opinion from renowned experts. Furthermore, many world’s top doctors and scientists in this field have been censored on social media platforms for sharing opinions that contradict the WHO. This has been a well known and common theme throughout this pandemic. With COVID-19, as with many other topics over the years, we’ve seen an extreme amount of censorship of information. We now have a digital authoritarian Orwellian “fact-checker” that’s patrolling the internet telling people what is and what isn’t. Should people not have the right to examine information and sources on their own to determine for themselves what they choose to believe? Do they have the right to censor and even shut down media outlets for sharing information with sources simply because the information threatens their agenda? Why are they trying so hard to censor information? The human race is not stupid, I like to think we have the ability, ourselves, to look at information if we are interested and have the capacity to use reason and intuition to think for ourselves. We don’t need a fact-checker doing that for us, in my opinion. Why are so many doctors and scientists publishing studies and sharing information that suggest we should not be locking down? That this virus is not as dangerous as mainstream media, and organizations like the WHO have made it out to be? Why is there such a backlash and harsh response from certain individuals when they come across information suggesting that COVID-19 isn’t any worse than the flu? Why are both narratives not presented by mainstream media? Why is one always ridiculed? For example, in the Great Barrington Declaration states the following: “Covid-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza. As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e. the point at which the rate of new infections is stable…” The idea that herd immunity can be reached was ridiculed by mainstream media, particularly Dr. Anthony Fauci after The Great Barrington Declaration started to gain traction. Fauci was able to share his opinion across the planet with access to multiple mainstream media networks. The Great Barrington Declaration was largely ignored, ridiculed, and the doctors/scientists who support it were not given an opportunity to respond, nor have they been given any air time on any mainstream media network. The CDC also released new infection/fatality estimates that also had many people and experts calling into question the severity of the virus. Ronald B. Brown, Ph.D., from the School of Public Health and Health Systems at the University of Waterloo recently stated that the COVID-19 fatality rate is the “worst miscalculation in the history of humanity.” A group of Canadian doctors in the province of Ontario have come together and written an open letter to Ontario premier Doug Ford. The letter is signed by 20 doctors and professors of medicine from faculties at the University of Toronto, McMaster University and the University of Ottawa and from hospitals such as Sick Kids. The letter was sent to ford on September 27th, and it argues against a return to lockdown measures as a way to tackle rising COVID-19 cases. You can read more about that here. The Physicians For Informed Consent (PIC) recently published a report titled “Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC) Compares COVID-19 to Previous Seasonal and Pandemic Flu Periods.” According to them, the infection/fatality rate of COVID-19 is 0.26%. The point is that the list opposing lockdown measures and explaining their opinion, using research, why COVID-19 is not as dangerous as it’s being made out to be is is quite long. Again, these perspectives receives\ nothing but ridicule from the mainstream media. This is disturbing given the fact that mainstream media, and topics covered by mainstream media play a large role in giving people their perception about this pandemic. Who is right or wrong doesn’t matter here. What matters here is the right and ability to view and access information equally, openly, transparently and freely. Why should Big Tech companies, who have many political ties, have the right to manipulate the perception of the masses with regards to certain topics? The fact that even mentioning or discussing a view that opposes what government health authorities and some politicians are telling us in this day in age is ‘not allowed’ should be a concern and help people realize that we’ve drifted quite far away from real science, and into the age of censorship and a ‘Ministry of Truth’ telling us what is and what isn’t. It begs the question, is what’s happening in our world today really about the virus, or is something else going on here? Why is everything in our world heavily politicized and manipulated? Why is there so much information that contradicts other information? Why are there so many doctors and scientists around the world opposing the WHO and being punished for it? Why do we continue to rely on mainstream sources and government recommendations to take the best course of action for the citizenry when a common theme from these entities is disinformation and perception manipulation? Eventually the citizenry simply won’t comply, on a mass scale. What will happen then? If we can lock down billions of people for COVID-19, imagine what we could do for more important things that desperately need our attention? Our potential as a race is limitless.
