Baduhenna - Goddess of Norse Mythology
The only surviving text that mention Baduhenna are the works of Roman senator Tacitus. The prefix of her name "Badu" can be roughly translated to "badwa" which means battle, the suffix "henna" or "henaeis" was often used to describe females. She is depicted as the Goddess of Battle and War for the Frisian region. Frisia is located at the very north of Germany and the Netherlands.
