Kip may I believe have been teaching young teenage women or even young teenage girls how to shoot guns without hurting anybody... how to shoot guns without causing serious injury.. Kip knew how to aim.. his military father had taught him.. these teenage young girls and teenage young women were prospective school shooters.. they may have had bipolar, paranoid schizophrenia.. mayb... may queen mab.. maybe.. maybe.. media-inspired OCD.. obsessive.. not compulsive.. STRICTLY obsessive disorder..
