... I'm thinking something very serious about the kind of character Chris Pine is contracted to play as a film actor.. the kind of person he is contracted to play.. to play a character just like Captain Kirk.. and then in the trailer for a Star Trek movie from a year or two ago.. I saw a Chris Pine who may have been a different person, a different actor as Chris Pine .. be very unlike the delicate, perhaps Victorian lack of consideration that the Chris Pine Steve Trevor shows for Gal Godot's Wonder Woman so relentlessly and unremmitingly in all the footage I've seen of Patty Jenkins's Wonder Woman movie.. is this meant to be actor Chris Pine showing scant respect for the PERSON.. (.. sorry for shouting..).. for the person Gal Godot.. for real... for real.. altho I see Chris Pine being nevertheless.. in a fascinating, labyrinthine way.. excrutiatingly polite to Wonder Woman Gal Godot as well in all this time.. they also switched the dialogue.... oh no.. I forget now which dialogue from an EXTREMELY faniliar scene in the oft-viewed trailer for Wonder Woman ... Patty Jenkins' very, very first Wonder Woman movie.. where Chris Pine speaks Etta Candy's line.. from the trailer.. and vise-versa.. ".. please put the sword down, Diana..".. is a very, very, very, very funny line from Chris Pine Steve Trevor.. and Gal Godot does such minimilastic gesture-art no differently than a very, very, very young Katherine Hepburn.. it is so EASY to underate Gal Godot's expert use of gesture in these scenes from Patty Jenkins's Wonder Woman movie.... I think she's stutied.. I think Gal Godot has studied gesture.. the category of "gesture" and "movement".. in the study of acting in acting classes.. just like the very, very, very young Katherine Hepburn in one of the most brilliant, flawless, black-and-white film comedies of the 20th century.. the Katherine Hepburn / Cary Grant comic masterpiece.. "Bringing up Baby".. 'Baby" is the name of a wonderful leopard (.. is that spelt leopard or leopord... ).. in the movie... the whole movie... the whole exclusive, only plot and narrative and action of "Bringing up Baby".. is Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn trying to find a leapoard leopard leapard.. (.. sorry .. still not sure of the spelling of leopard / leopord..).. in the streets of .. concievably.. possibly.. Manhatten.. Cary Grant is a phenomenal comic actor of great Jamesian, Edwardian physical comedy.. as is equally Katherine Hepburn.. Cary Grant was mezmerizing in a deeply sympathetic, deeply sinister role in the Alfred Hitchcock masterpiece.. "Suspicion" as well..
