I say something.. that's not very nice.. to a judge... now obviously... I can't be rude to a judge.. if I'm in court.. in a movie.. where I'm playing Lenny Bruce.. but I found out later on what I nice person that judge actually was.. the civic works he was involved in.. and then.. this despicable thing I said to a judge.. a judge, I tell myself, Dustin, mind you, Dustin, a judge.. you said this to a judge.. I heard myself saying the same awful thing.. to a beautiful young girl named Hyacinth.. over and over and over and over again I heard myself saying this awful thing... this beautiful young girl named Hyacinth.. the same exact thing I had said to this judge in this movie.. and.. I .. I wanted Hyacinth to play my beautiful daughter Maggie Verver.. in a movie.. and I wanted to play her loving father Adam Verver.. and all this after.. after my merciless abuse of her.. and.. it's like.. I never said those things to her.. physically.. like.. moving my lips.. I never said those things... but I HEARD myself say those things to her.. and she could hear it to.. every word.. every.. every word..."
actor Peter Gallagher: ..".. young Kal-el.. their were two girls... one of them is your friend Hyacinth.. the other young girl is Kate.. and I verbally harassed them both.. and I did this so remorselessly... I did this to them with such overwhelming force.. and this was during.. I think they were.. torturing a little baby girl.. torture.. was it - torture..?.. and something happens.. when a baby girl is .. - tortured.. you hear this baby girl as an adult woman.. and as an adult woman she is.. the theme.. she is.. as an adult woman.. she is.. the premise.. of horrific, unimaginable, infinitely sadistic verbal cruelty from.. Voices in the air.. Voices in the air.. against these two young girls... Hyacinth and Kate.. Hyacinth and Kate.. and this sadistic cruelty circulates around this baby girl become an imaginary adult woman.. and.. it circulates around her and channels itself against with infinite sadism this verbal sadism channels itself.. THRU her.. THRU her.. against the innocent, frightened, crying Hyacinth and Kate... and.. and on top of this.. on TOP of this... poor, crying, frightened, terrified Hyacinth and Kate.. they have to hear my own remorselessly overwhelming verbal harassment.. of them... of these two terrified young, little girls.... Hyacinth and Kate.. Hyacinth and Kate... oh where is my soul.. oh where is my soul..."....
