... What if in .. Colin Wilson's book.. "The Outsider".. Colin Wilson meant that.. he honestly didn't think that Adrian Leverkuhn was Nietzsche.. that he honestly didn't think he was Nietzche.. what if.. the whole Walt Whitman- Nietzsche of Colin Wilson.. is also.. in love with a more .. primitive, bloodlust- Nietzsche.. that Colin Wilson.. that their is a character.. who shows up late, late, late, late, late in .. the novel.. "Doctor Faustus".. written by Thomas Mann.. I character who only Alan Rickman can play.. a real treu-blooded.. Alan Rickman Sheriff of Nottingham character... a character who Colin Wilson liked .. as do I.. liked very much .. as a person.. a real Alan Rickman blood-and-thunder character.. at the very, very end of the novel .. "Doctor Faustus".. written by Thomas Mann.. and this is the character.. who Colin Wilson honestly wanted to believe.. that this was the character who Thomas Mann.. based on Friedrich Nietzsche.. I forget the name of this character.. that's the one thing.. I forget the name of this character.. and I presently.. only have an original german-language copy.. of Thomas Mann's novel.. "Doctor Faustus"...
.. Can I say right away... that Christian Bale.. who gave one of the most astonishing performances of the twentieth century.. as Patrick Bateman.. that Christian Bale would be.. an exemplary Adrian Leverkuhn.. but also as.. his Adrian Leverkuhn.. also.. as Bruce Wayne.. ?...
