I know that Chris Claremont is a complete scumbag.. but he did write me as an honest and decent man.. and .. see.. Charles.. we have to build a front.. and for that I need Rogue as a friend and ally.. and you waged a Spanish Inquisition against this front I was building.. Xavier.. when you alienated Rogue from my friendship so savagely.. in "X-men issue #3" written by Chris Claremont when he soul was never more in a filthier state.. and.. it's the woman that I am May Welland-pledged to protect.. I had a fling with her during the one and only Secret Wars.. in typical brutal-esque Magneto style.. and ever since I've felt the pledge of May Welland to defend and protect her my soul and with my Auschwitz-gravestone body.. and you entirely couldn't care less about such matters.. Xavier.. when you insisted that I could under no circumstances involve Rogue with this..."...
