.. pay attentions.. sorry.. see if you can read page 233 of Constance Garnett's english translation of "Crime and Punishment" by Dostoevsky.. page 233 of Constance Garnett's translation into english.. page 233 I believe is the beginning of Raskolnikov's powerful speech about statistics, about the division, sometimes bridged, frequently subtended / bridged .. like an arc subtending a circle.. of the division between ordinary and extraordinatry men... of the division between ordinary and extraordinary men.. Raskolnikov's speech on this subject I believe begins on page 233 of Constance Garnett's english translation of Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment".. page 233 of this book.. unless the paperback the speech begins on a different page.. i'm thinking of the hardcover...
