Ahania Blacksmith doesn't believe he'll EVER have to confront Hobson's Choice... Alexis Luthor does.. Alexis Luthor expects to confront Hobson's choice.. and Alexis Luthor feels.. decides .. emotionally.. spiritually.. to .. to BECOME .. Hobson's Choice.. it is because Alexis Luthor is self-sacrificing and Ahania Blacksmith Society Lex 1 is not self-sacrificing.. Ahania Blacksmith is altruistic and polite and considerate toward other people's feelings.. and he does not believe in being self-sacrificing.. Alexis Luthor, in contrast, believes in nothing but the overwhelming importance of himself Alexis Luthor being self-sacrificing.. Alexis Luthor's self-sacrificing human condition is how he.. ... the pre-crisis Superman saw Alexis Luthor as self-destructive.. he.. Superman .. saw Alexis Luthor as altruistic, genorous and compassionate but he Superman didn't understand how self-destructiveness was self-sacrifice.. how they were the same thing and how for Alexis Luthor they were one and the same..
