Havok (Hanno Raudsepp).. warns her with earnest, deadly sincereity to avoid at ALL costs stepping a foot a single foot on .. and DEFINITELY not to run across.. manicured lawns.. manicured lawns of large, mansion-estate houses.. this is toxic real-estate and they abduct you off the streets for walking on manicured, on specifically manicured lawns of gigantic houses, of small mansions, truly evil, toxic real-estate.. Havok tells Rogue that manicured lawns are Evil, Satanic, and truly, truly scummy manicured lawns specifically because they are manicured...
.. this scene transpires after Rogue escapes from the Savage Land.. from a mental institution that was situated in the centre of the Savage Land.. Rogue manages to teleport out of the Savage Land into an abandoned apartment.. a wooden-walled abandoned apartment.. but because the abandoned apartment is not hers.. Rogue spontaneously makes haste to skedaddle and skid-skid-skididle done it Daniel day-lewis style out of the abandoned apartment on to an area.. into a wooded forest area.. Rogue finds herself walking inside a local park expansive forest in which she finds the deadliest, most evil location you can find inside a local part forest, a clearing with a mansion in the centre of that clearing, and a clearing with a manicured lawn intended so and manicured for anyone to be legally, by legal-Predatory-laws of the Rights-of-Predators-to-abduct-you by'cause of you walking on the manicured lawn of a forest clearing..
before the deadly, "manicured forest clearing lawn" scene.. Rogue escapes from her mental institution in the heartland of a Savage Land that is not Congo heartland in which Xanthos (Monica Bellucci) resides.. that where Xanthos (Monica Bellucci) resides is the true jungle Congo heartland of the Savage Land parallel reality / fractal logic / fractal illogic / chaos-theory-nexus of the Savage Land Geography a true Fractal Geography Savage Land.. the other heartland on the true margins heartland of the mental institution which held Rogue until she made her deft, rather legal escape from it.. Rogue teleports out of the savage land into an abandoned apartment room which is somewhere in the vicinity of a suburban local forest, into which she darts and follows he hither inner voice to go into a local wooded forest park.. a vast expansive forest within the suburban part of the city to which she Rogue teleported from the Savage Land....
..... While this Rogue's teleportation from the Savage Land transpires.. Havok (Alex Weathers Summers, played by Hanno Raudsepp) is inside a Tim Hortons reading one of the most unique Uncanny X-Men comic books ever printed.. a truly debonaire man who is a dead-ringer for none other than Maxwell Lord makes his prolonged appearance in this truly unique Uncanny X-Men comic book published.. by .. yes .. indeed .. still by Marvel nonetheless.. Havok talks at length about the remarkable presence of this truly remarkable character who somehow MUST be none other than Maxwell Lord in the Marvel Uncanny X-Men universe.. meanwhile while Havok (Hanno Raudsepp) talks at length on this theme as he reads the comic book in his local Tim Horton's, which is twenty-fifteen minute-walk from his house.. a truly terrifying conversation is happening inside an upper-level office of Hollywood, California.. with producers discussing and All-New X-Men issue written by Brian Michael Bendis.. issue..
