...  Alan Moore knows that you don't scare other young boys if you're a boy yourself.. he knows that you don't talk about horrible things happening to the male body in a movie called, "The Fly" so that the young boys who MAKE UP all this stuff.. this stuff.. somehow conjure these movies.. like.. "The Fly".. into a reality .. so EXACTLY the movie of the "Fly".. "The Fly" that these eleven, twelve year old boys said they SAW.. which they didn't .. these eleven, twelve year old boys made it up.. they just.. they just talk like that .. about private male body parts.. and what happens to those private male body parts in movie's which they have never seen.. like.. "The Fly.."..

... I'm Alan Moore.. I saw "The Fly".. when I was in my early-mid twenties.. no my late teenage years.. I saw "The Fly".. I saw David Croneberg's "The Fly".. I waited for the scene those twelve, eleven year old boys described and yes, it was in the movie exactly EXACTLY as they had described.. it.. "The Fly" was a beautifully written movie.. their was no villain in "The Fly".. the man who looked like William Atherton or Martin Mull who is stalking Geena Davis at the beginning of the movie and is getting angy that he's not receiving the attention from her he thinks he deserves is the same man who does the most apocalyptically powerful heroics rescuing Geena Davis from a horrific death so she is completely unscathed at the end of the movie.. his courage is unbelievable, infinite, traumatically powerful.. When Jeff Goldblum becomes the fly .. he shoots acid out of his mouth that dissolves, completely dissolves the former stalker-now-hero male character's hand.. I mean .. he no longer has a hand because it's been dissolved by The Fly's acid.. it is AFTER this happens... that this man rescues Geena Davis by crawling over to find her.. getting her out of the teleportation device that had a fly in it that merged its DNA with Jeff Goldblum.. Jeff Goldblum becomes like.. a Gigantic Beetle at the end of the movie.. he tries to kill both Geena Davis and the Martin Mull character.. or does he.. at the end of the movie The Fly grabs Geena Davis's gun and places it against his own head.. Geena Davis starts crying and says..".. no.. no..".. She still loves Jeff Goldblum..
