Wally West: ..".. I have a mission statement.. and it is to slow down time... to slow down time to a wasteland iambic pace.. to pace back time.. to almost reverse time so I am slowing it down so much.. as if by slowing down time I reverse it.. but meanwhile all the good guys can walk thru time at normal speed.. that the good guys can be faster than time, if you will... because time is slow.. and the good guys walk down the streets and sidewalks at normal speeds.. This is "The Flash Project".. and it is the true beginning of The Justice League"...
