He will always be Harry Potter, but that doesn't mean that Daniel Radcliffe will be going to watch the hugely popular franchises' new play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, any time soon.
The British star appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night, where he was asked if he had already seen the new play in London.
Daniel admitted that he hadn't had the chance to see it yet, and revealed why it was doubtful that he'd make it to the production for a while to come even though he's desperate to see it.
“I feel like I want to see the show. I am genuinely intrigued and I've heard it's fantastic,” he told the host.
“But I just feel sitting in an audience of what will for the most of the near future be very enthusiastic Harry Potter fans might be like not a relaxing way to see a show.”
He added: “So not for the time being, but I've heard it's fantastic.”
Daniel, who seems to think of himself as Harry to this day, praised Jamie Parker as the lead as a “wonderful actor”.
He joked: “I'm very happy to see him play me,” before adding: “He can do all the Harry questions now.”
