Laurence Fishbourne playing her .. playing her Tina Turner's abusive boyfriend.. the thing is.. it was the first Laurence Fishbourne who played that role.. who played that role.. that changes.. everything.. that changes everything.. because the Laurence Fishbourne who played Tina Turner's abusive boyfriend in that movie is the Laurence Fishbourne who co-starred with Sean Connery and Ed Harris.. and.. and.. and.. and.. and.. with Blair underwood.. in a move.. in a movie with apocalyptic action sequences.. the thing is.. it's also.. that when Angela Basset yelled in scene with Ralph Fiennes in "Strange Days" and yelled righteously that Juliete Lewis.. the character Juliette Lewis played.. was white trash.. in was a deadly serious commentary on how black women who look like Angela Basset treat white women who are Juliette Lewis.. and what she did in that movie is a reality in our movie.. in our earth.. tonight..."..
