Poison ivy's father: ..".. I'm going to be leaving around 12 or 5 but I'm going to have to be leaving you some money.."..
Poison ivy: ..".. okay.."..
Matt Hagen:..".. Right. So.. Pamela.. I just want to get a few words about a mistake I made .. judging you... or telling you something.. actually.. when I pretended to BE you.. when I spoke in your voice to you.. from a future point.. and made a promise to you .. AS you.. pamela.. that I would meet you seven hours from them.. ON time... that I would show up for once on time to meet you Pamela.. and then.. that was a year ago.. that I did that.. pretended to be you.. spoke in your voice.. made a promise.. saying pretending imposturing that I was you.. and then.. Pamela.. you blamed yourself.. "..
Poison ivy: ..".. I was so disappointed in myself that I would lie to myself.. not keep my promise to myself.. make a promise to myself and then.."
Poison ivy's father: ..".. yeah.. I know what I did then.. sorry.. pamela.. right after you heard that promise from yourself.. or matt hagen.. I asked if you had brought in the newspaper.. and where was it.. "whez wuz it".. and then after you politely brought the paper to me while I was lying on the sofa talking about how allegedly inflamed or arthritic or God-knows-what ailment I said was afflicting my leg now.. I asked you to clear up some of the snow at the end of the driveway.. and .. it was like a scene where Vincent D'onorfrio eats the donut in "Full Metal Jacket".. I could .. FEEL you pushing away the snow.."
Poison ivy: .. ".. their wasn't that much.. dad.. "
Poison ivy's father: ..".. and .. sorry.. Pamela.. it was like I felt the WEIGHT of myself with each passing tempo and beat and rhythm and metric of you shovelling the snow.. and you WERE.. Pamela.. you were SHOVELLING the snow.. I have no idea how you were able to lift those HEAVY chunks of snow when back in the day when we had those immense snowfalls.. you were always so strong .. Pamela.."..
Poison ivy: ..".. thanks.. dad.."..
