Winona Ryder is Pamela Isley and Michael Keaton is Bruce Wayne in Tim Burton's "Batman Enigma"...

Pamela Isley: ..".. Bruce.. such mysteries still remain in seed in this mediaeval dungeon city which I call my home.. Gotham... Gotham.. Gotham.."..

Bruce Wayne: ..".. I'm sorry.. Pamela.. Gotham City has been.. rather hateful to you.. hasn't it .. Pamela.. sometimes I just hate this city.. just hate it.. just hate this city of Gotham.."

Pamela Isley: ..".. I was always.. so dismayed by Gotham City local politics toward the homeless... and when I saw people on Television.. on Gotham television .. talking about terrorism in New York.. and saying we could no longer call Gotham City's treatment of the homeless.. that we could no longer call this treatment of the homeless by Gotham city.. VIOLENCE.. that we could no longer call it violence.. because in New York City.. presumably.. we had already seen what true violence was.. I was so... disappointed .. when I saw such opinions expressed on television.. as if so congenially.."

Bruce Wayne: ..".. you're right.. Pamela.. as always.. you're right.. I'll talk to Batman.. about it Pamela .. I promise.. even.. or especially saying that people have to.. to LEAVE homeless shelters.. 8:00 in the morning.. that they can't sleep beyond 8:00 in the morning.. that they have to LEAVE at that very minute.. into the cold, cold, or even freezing winter morning weather... I consider something like to be very violent.. and their are even much, much worse examples of the true violence the VIOLENCE of Gotham City's attitude toward the homeless... "

Pamela Isley: ..".. what do they say.. they SAY .. about young homeless children.. young children who might very well take pride in calling themselves street-urchins.. they might very well like that name "urchin".. I think I would have.. as a child.. but they call them .. homeless children.. they call them by the "F" word.. they call these children these homeless children who live on the street.. they call them what they once called me when I resided for I cannot remember how long in a mental institution.. they called me a filthy girl when I was in a mental institution.. because it was something.. I understood myself as a kind of a poison-urchin.. and that is the word they choose to inflict to wage war upon .. homeless children.."

Bruce Wayne: ...".. Batman must stop this war against the young.. this genocide of the young.. Batman must stop it.. Batman must exercise Zero Tolerance towards and agenda against the young.. against homeless children.. and you WERE .. a homeless young girl.. Pamela Isley.. when they kept you in a mental institution.. that IS what it is to be homeless... to be one of society's victims.."
