I'm convinced... that in Matriarchies.. something that NEVER happened in Ancient Rome to little boys .. because Ancient Rome still was the Ancient Rome of Shakespeare and Plutarch.. no more.. certainly nothing less... still.. always ... still.. a civilization.. run by decent people.. and as Will Durant writes..
